A new vision for Place Dorchester
Place Dorchester, with its 214 apartments spread across 21 floors, is entering a new era following its acquisition by new Ontario-based owners who are committed to the comfort of its tenants.
With this goal in mind, FOR. continues the revitalization project of the building, now named Dorchester-Maddox, by adapting the common areas, entrance halls, and residential and commercial corridors to the high standards set by the new owners.
As a result, residents and their visitors can pause for a moment of waiting or conversation in the new Art Deco-inspired lobby. The leasing office, now fully transparent, encourages tenants to maintain an ongoing relationship with the building's management for an enhanced customer experience.
The coworking spaces offer work areas and private rooms, catering to the various needs of the university clientele. They will also find convenience in the laundry room, which now includes a lounge area to fold clothes, chat with friends, or study between laundry loads. As for the gym, it has been enhanced with a yoga-pilates corner and immerses athletes in a botanical atmosphere, featuring a green wall, wood paneling, and a forest mural.
Finally, the 21st floor of the building houses a large terrace and a collaborative lounge, reflecting the new image of Dorchester-Maddox.
