FOR. holds the shovel at the groundbreaking ceremony of the 350-unit CITIZIA project

On June 14, FOR. design planning and its partner SIMARD Architecture, along with HD Group, Omnia Technologies and Fiera Real Estate, inaugurated the CITIZIA residential project, more than two years in the making. The project will feature 350 rental units over 10 storeys, and will be a green oasis in the heart of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG).

The whole project's interior design is in continuity with the outdoor architecture, thanks to the synergy between the FOR. and SIMARD teams, who have been working together for over a decade. Omnia has once again placed its trust in this design duo for this $125 million project.
